This past April, the Rush Pikes Peak U11 Nike Boys team and coach Dale Armstrong helped raise money for the St. Baldrick's Foundation, a volunteer driven charity which helps fund cancer research for children. The team raised over $600 for the cause and on April 21, five members of the team actually shaved their heads to support those children who actually lose their hair during their treatments.
