Rush Pikes Peak at 3v3 Regionals

Members from the Rush Pikes Peak U14 Boys Nike team were victorious this past weekend at the 2011 3v3 Regional Championships hosted in Vail, Colorado. Mario Mandel and Tristen Gerk were part of the squad that played several intense and action packed small sided games over the weekend. Multiple teams from Colorado and other states from across the region participated in the tournament. Ironically, the championship game paired the team up against another team represented by rival club Arsenal (defending Colorado State Champions). The match was back and forth, but ultimately Mario and Tristen's side prevailed.

The team will now have to opportunity to compete in the World Championships at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in January. Congratulations to Mario & Tristen and good luck moving forward!
