Dan Highstead, Director of Coaching - Junior Boys

Dan is from Essex, England and originally came to the U.S. working summer camps throughout the western states. In 2000 Dan became the Girls Director of Coaching for Rio Vista FC in Albuquerque, NM and in 2006 made the move to Colorado Springs and became the Director of Coaching for Seniors at Rush Pikes Peak. In 2008 Dan was named the head coach for Colorado Springs United, a semi-pro womens team that competed in the WPSL. He was also named the assistant coach for the NCAA Division III Colorado College mens soccer team in 2008. After returning to business school at UCCS in 2008, Dan returned to Rush Pikes Peak in January of  2010 to take the position of Director of Coaching - Youth Academy. Dan has his USSF "A" license. He is married to Misty.

Dan oversees the Junior Boys division which includes the U13-U15 Girls teams as well as the Preseason Camps and Equipment.
