Nik Penn, Director of Coaching - Junior Girls

Nik hails from Southend, England. He obtained his  Bachelor of Science from Liverpool John Moores University in 1997 and his Diploma of Higher Education, Science of Soccer from Liverpool John Moores University in 1998. His playing career consisted of playing semi-professionally for Hullbridge Sports F.C. and for John Moores University in Liverpool. His coaching career extends to attending the Arsenal FC School of Excellence and the Southend School of Excellence.  Nik also has coached Liverpool JM University Varsity Women’s Team, England, and Campbell County High School Boys Varsity Team in Wyoming.  Nik has served as a staff coach for Colorado and Wyoming in Olympic Development Program. Nik holds a USSF “A” license and is the State D and E Licensing Instructor for Southern Colorado. Nik was the Technical Director of Pikes Peak Soccer Club/Rush Pikes Peak Soccer Club from 1999-2012. He has been Director of Rush Select since 2010 and Director of Coaching Education for Rush Soccer since August of 2012.

Nik oversees the Junior Girls division which includes the U13-U15 Girls teams and the Latino program. He also is the Director of Rush Select and Coaching Education for Rush Soccer (SPI).
